Quiet please

I’m not really sure that this is allowed (IP-wise and all of that), but I loved this article SO MUCH that it just had to go beyond the realms of subscription or the newsstand.

One study showed that people distracted by emails and phone calls while working see a ten-point fall in their IQ – equivalent to losing a night’s sleep.
